HOOKED!!!!

Last night was my first experience ever at a professional basketball game. My company hosted us. We had a lovely dinner and snacks next door to the locker room. I was even able to meet some of the players. Dad OT graciously appeased me by taking my photo with them. It was sooo much fun being their LIVE!!! We had great seats, good company and it was so fun!!!! I am HOOKED!!!

Lazy Saturday....

Our plan this past Saturday was to ski in the AM, but the lovely rain put a damper on that plan. We were all bummed, but didn't mind the family, PJ time together.




Dad OT was even caught being domestic...



Late Sat afternoon we went and visited Dad OT's 98 year old grandmother. I can't imagine how she has seen the world change in her lifetime.

Brothers!!

The Tots love to play with one another. I can honestly say it is not often we have to "break-up" a fight. Tot 2 waits at the door for Tot 1 to arrive home from school. They are such good buds!! I hope it will last forever!!

Tot 2's Special Day!

Tot 2 was so excited on his special day! He started his morning sleeping in Mom and Dad OT's bed and was awoken by his brother singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to him. He ran to the kitchen and asked Mom OT, "Is it really today, is today my BIRTHDAY?" He was so excited when he was told it was. The rest of the day, he let everyone he met at church know it was his special day. That evening, we had family and a close neighbor come to share in the festivities. He wanted everyone to wear their PJ's. It was a great day for Tot 2!

Tot 2 Birthday!!!!

Tot 2 has a birthday tomorrow!!! I can not believe our baby is growing up!!! We decided to go to dinner tonight and he chose the Olive Garden because he loves their mac and cheese. After a 45 minute wait to be seated, he was less than thrilled!!! But he insisted on staying and waiting!!! Hence the above picture.. He would not smile for me.

Tot 2 is a joy to be with! He is a fun loving, energetic boy that loves to built things, look through his binoculars, play in the snow, ride his bike, wrestle with his dad and any other willing person, ski "supper fast", throw a ball, play soccer, watch football and basketball with his dad and brother and only root for the winning team, help the neighbor with yard work and his mom and dad with everything we are doing. He is the kid that wont let me walk out the door in the morning without a huge hug and kiss. He is so sweet natured. WE LOVE HIM!!!! We can not imagine our world without him!!!

Temple Open House

Friday the Tots did not have school, so we decided to go to the Temple open house. When we told the Tots what we were doing, Tot 2 replied, "We are going the Jesus big house aren't we? The church is his little house." We were able to tour the beautiful House of the Lord with the Tots and they were so excited to see the sealing room or as they called it the "marriage room". You could truly feel the spirit there and it made me more grateful for the work that is done there and the eternal bonds I have with my family. I am grateful our precious Tots where able to have this tremendous experience. It is an experience not soon to be forgotten!!!

SLEIGH RIDE!!!!

It has been awhile since I have had a post. Nothing too exciting happening in our home lately. But, TODAY!!!! We went on a sleigh ride with the "H" family. Thanks to our good friend Tash for giving us the idea!!! It was so fun! It was a beautiful morning. The sky was clear and the air was crisp. The Tots thought it was GREAT!!! I think their favorite part is anytime they get hot chocolate! Dad OT was pretty excited to see the elk as well. They came right up to feed next to us! It was a fun time and with GREAT company!!!
