Kung Fu Party!!

Tot 1 had a wonderful birthday!!! Grandma, Grandpa, Tot 2 and I were able to take a treat to his class and he was able to read his favorite book to his class. As soon as he returned home from school, on went the "Kung Fu Fighting" outfit! He was so excited for his "family" party. J and her boys came for dinner and to help celebrate, then Dad OT returned home and the N family came to help celebrate too. Tot 1 recieved a helecopter from Grandma and Grandpa, which Dad OT couldn't keep his hands off. It was fun, but a little scary watching him fly it in the house!!! The big surprise of the night, his new bike! He was ready for an upgrade and we can't wait for the family rides together! He had a wonderful day!!!










The Tots love it when their grandparents come for a visit! As Tot 2 calls them, China Grandma and Grandpa, always come ready to play and enjoy the Tots. They will be celebrating their 38th Wedding Anniversary next month!!! Aren't they a beautiful couple!! We sure love them and their visits!!!

Tot 1's Birthday!

Today is Tot 1's Birthday!!! I can not believe he is another year older!! Time has flown!! What an incredible boy he is and a complete joy to raise. He is a good student, loves to read, ski, play soccer, ride bikes and anything outdoors. He is a great big brother to Tot 2. He is so compasionate, loving, obedient and has a fun sense of humor. He always has a smile on his face. He loves to know what is going on around him and has a keen sense. I have felt blessed to have him in our family!!! We love you Tot 1!!!

Weekend in Wyoming

Over Memorial Day weekend, we had the great opportunity to travel to WY, with the families of our YW presidency, to scope out our location for Girls Camp this year. We had a wonderful time!!! We were able to travel to Jackson Hole, take a beautiful hike that overlooked Phelps Lake, swim, shoot bb guns, scope out the river we will be running(which was very intimidating), hike again alone another beautiful stream, eat yumy food and Dad OT was able to golf. The tots had a great time playing with their friends. We traveled on two lane roads, through the country side to return home. WOW!! It was amazing!!! Thanks B, N and B families for a wonderful weekend!! I can't wait for Girls Camp!!!

Long Weekend!!!

For the past two weekend, I have been in Albuerquqe, New Mexico helping a sister facility. This past weekeend, I was gone Wed night and returned home Sun night. Man, working for two weks straight is exhausting!!!! I enjoyed my time in NM, but was excited to return home!! The saying, "Distance makes your heart grow founder" was truely revlevant in my life these past two weeks. I love my boys and missed them sooo much!! Dad OT did a great job on the homefront!! I did get a chance to go to Santa Fe w/ J (a friend I worked with previously), her hubby and cute son. What a beautiful city!!! Fun art galleries and jewlery shops. I also found a Trader Joes....oh how I miss shopping there and wish they would come to the state I live!!!! Here are a few pics from my adventure.

Happy Mother's Day....A Day Late

Mom, I appologize for this being a day late!!! I have been out of town until last night late, so I was unable to post this prior. My mom is somewhere in China on a exciting adventure with her sister and nephew. So I wanted to wish her a Happy Mother's Day and post the things I love about my mother.

She is kind, loving, unconditional, creative, patient, classy, supportive, incredible seamstress and has an eye for detail. She is an incredible grandmother who invests alot of time and effort into her grandchildrens relationship even though she lives thousands of miles away. She is always wanting and willing to help in any way possible. She is my biggest cheerleader in life and has helped be to be the person I am today because she believed in me. I love you mom and can't wait for your visit!!! Happy Mothers Day!!!

A Bike Ride to Remember!!

Dad OT and I had the pleasure of biking with a few of our YW last night. We biked out to a campground, had dinner and a devotional and then biked in the dark (the best part!!) back to our place we slept last night. Our YW are AMAZING!! Not one complained and we had a great time!!! Thanks Dad OT for coming!!
